We'll inform you if additional time is needed and get your explicit approval before proceeding. You only pay for the actual time spent resolving your issue.

Is remote access secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encrypted tools like AnyDesk and Microsoft Quick Assist. All sessions are logged, and we never store your credentials or sensitive data.

Service Agreement

Remote Support Terms

This agreement governs the "Instant Remote Support" (Pay-Per-Service) provided by 7TechSystems. By requesting and accepting remote support, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

Instant Remote Support is an on-demand, ad-hoc service for technical troubleshooting, software configuration, and IT consultation. This service does not constitute a long-term maintenance contract.

2. Authorization for Remote Access

By initiating a session, you authorize 7TechSystems engineers to access your device(s) using secure remote control software (e.g., AnyDesk, Quick Assist). You must remain present at your computer for the duration of the session.

3. Data Backup Responsibility (CRITICAL)

It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure all data is backed up prior to the session. 7TechSystems shall NOT be held liable for any data loss, corrupted files, or system failures that occur during or after the service.

4. Data Security & Privacy

7TechSystems maintains strict confidentiality. Our engineers will not access, copy, or distribute any personal or corporate data beyond what is strictly necessary to resolve the reported technical issue. All remote access tools are encrypted and sessions are logged for security purposes.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are calculated based on the category of support and duration as specified in our pricing table. You agree to settle the invoice immediately upon completion of the service session via approved digital payment channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

7TechSystems provides support on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% resolution, we do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved remotely. 7TechSystems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
